Recover, Rebuild,
and Perform with
Direct Current.

Your brain sends electrical signals that impact the way you move, how you feel, and even the way you heal.

Direct Current works with those signals to help reset, retrain, and redefine results for recovery and performance.

What is direct current stimulation?

Electrical stimulation uses electrical signals to activate nerves and muscles. Alternating current changes direction; direct current flows in one direction. NerveOTX devices deliver pulsed direct current through electrodes to stimulate muscles.

From everyday muscle conditioning to professionally guided rehabilitation after injury or surgery, the right application depends on the device and its intended use. Explore how stimulation may fit into your recovery, movement and performance routine with guidance from our team.

Questions about a Trial?
A few good questions

Clarity before
you begin.

Start here. We’re here for the rest.

Ask the Team
Which device is right for me?

Start with intended use. DX500 and PRS are over-the-counter devices for healthy muscle stimulation. RX100 requires a prescription before shipment. Compare capabilities, then speak with NerveOTX if you need help choosing.

Do I need experience with electrical stimulation?

No prior experience is needed to start learning. Read your device instructions and use the available training before beginning a session.

What are the best E-Stim pads?

The best pads match your device, activity and skin. For performance training, we recommend our 3 × 4-inch Performance Pads: their flexible conductive fabric moves with you, and their larger surface provides coverage for areas such as the shoulders. If you sweat heavily, ask our team about pad selection and keeping secure skin contact. Always confirm compatibility and replace pads when they no longer adhere properly. Explore Electrode Pads

What training comes with my device?

PRS, DX500 and RX100 each include an online course and two virtual training sessions. Use the online training portal to keep learning, and work with a NerveOTX specialist for guidance on your device.
