Online Shopping Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the NerveOTX online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Products & Use License
- Devices sold by NerveOTX (including PRS, RX100, DX500, and future models) are for personal use. For commercial use of RX100 and RX Black, a separate commercial license must be on file.
- Prescription devices (e.g., RX100, RX Black) require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider, and may not be transferred, resold, leased, or used to treat others.
- All devices must be used only as instructed in the official user manual and safety guidelines.
Warranty
- All devices are covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, beginning on the delivery date.
- The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear-and-tear items (such as electrodes, pads, or lead cords).
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- During the warranty period, NerveOTX will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective equipment at no cost (excluding shipping fees).
Customer Release
By purchasing and using a NerveOTX device, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You assume all responsibility for the safe and appropriate use of the device.
- You have read and understood the contraindications and warnings in the user manual.
- You release NerveOTX from liability for any injury, side effects, or damages arising from improper use, failure to follow instructions, or use in contradiction to medical advice.
- Results may vary between individuals, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
Payment & Billing
- All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless you select a payment plan.
- Payment Plans:
- You authorize NerveOTX to automatically charge your stored payment method for each scheduled installment.
- Payments must be made on time.
- If your payment fails or is more than 30 days overdue, a 5% monthly late fee (or maximum allowed by law) may apply.
- If more than 60 days overdue, your account may be referred to collections and you may be responsible for additional fees, including legal and collection costs.
- Administrative Service Fee: All payment plans of 12 months or longer are subject to a 12% annual administrative service fee, which is included in the monthly installment calculation. You may elect to pay off the remaining balance in full at any time without penalty, and in such case, no additional administrative service fees will accrue beyond the date of final payment.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of order date.
- A restocking fee applies and will be deducted from any refund.
- Devices must be returned in good working condition and include all accessories.

Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, NerveOTX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Total liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the device.
