1. Sponsor
The Win a Free Direct Current Device (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by NerveOTX LLC (“Sponsor” or “NerveOTX”).

2. Contest Period
The Contest begins on 8.1.26 and ends on 8.31.26 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (“Contest Period”).

Eligible submissions received during the Contest Period will be reviewed after the entry deadline, and the winner is expected to be announced on or before September 15th, 2026.

3. Eligibility
The Contest is open only to:

legal residents of the United States; who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry; and who comply with these Official Terms and Conditions. If selected, must be willing to create a 30-second video for why you want direct current in your life. If you win, must be willing to post your video and tag NerveOTX. The Contest is not open to employees, contractors, officers, directors, agents, representatives, judges, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotions agencies of Sponsor, or members of their immediate family or household.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter
To enter, each participant must complete all required steps during the Contest Period:

Step 1: Complete the official entry form on Sponsor’s website.
Entrant must provide all requested information, including name, email, phone number, city/state, and age confirmation.

Step 2: Follow NerveOTX on Approved Social Media Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, or TikTok.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive: One (1) PRS device. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,000

No substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash redemption of prize is permitted. The sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize.

6. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information submitted at entry.

To claim the prize, the potential winner may be required to sign and return, within the time stated by the Sponsor:

an affidavit or declaration of eligibility;
a liability release;
a publicity release;
any tax forms or other documents reasonably requested by Sponsor.

If a potential winner:

cannot be contacted;
fails to respond within the time requested;
is found ineligible;
fails to provide the requested documentation; or
otherwise fails to comply with these Terms,
Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select the next eligible entry.

7. Platform Disclaimer
The entrant acknowledges and agrees that:

The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tik Tok, or X; and by participating, entrant releases all platforms from any and all liability related to this Contest.
Entrants must not tag people inaccurately or otherwise violate the platforms terms or policies.

8. No Purchase; No Return of Entries
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Entries will not be returned and may be acknowledged or displayed publicly or privately at Sponsor’s discretion.

9. Sponsor’s Rights
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
verify eligibility and submission compliance;
disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms;
cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, platform issues, legal concerns, force majeure events, or other causes impair the integrity or proper operation of the Contest;
select a winner from eligible entries received prior to cancellation, if appropriate.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, vendors, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to:
participation in the Contest;
submission or use of any entry;
acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; or
any technical, platform, transmission, or administrative issues connected with the Contest.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccessible, corrupted, misdirected, delayed, or technically defective entries.

11. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Contest will be used by Sponsor for Contest administration, winner selection, verification, prize fulfillment, and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and these Terms.

Marketing communications are optional and are not required to enter or win.

12. Governing Law; Disputes
This Contest and these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Contest shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois and entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts, except where prohibited by law.

13. Winners List / Rules Request
To request the name of the winner or a copy of these Official Terms and Conditions, send an email to Info@nerveOTX.com with the subject line “NerveOTX DC Sweepstakes.”

14. Marketing Communications Consent
Entrants may choose to opt in to receive marketing communications from NerveOTX.

By selecting the marketing consent dropdown, the entrant agrees to receive emails, sms, or phone calls from NerveOTX, including educational content, product updates, special offers, event announcements, giveaway updates, and recovery/performance insights. Message and data rates may apply. Entrants may reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Marketing consent is optional. Agreeing to receive marketing emails or text messages is not required to enter, is not required to win, and will not increase the chances of winning.

NerveOTX may continue to send non-marketing messages related to giveaway administration, including entry confirmation, eligibility verification, winner notification, prize fulfillment, and required legal or transactional notices.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
