NerveOTX is offering a complimentary promotional T-shirt to eligible participants, while supplies last. By submitting a request for a free T-shirt through this page or at an event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
The free T-shirt offer is available to individuals who submit a valid registration form through NerveOTX or an authorized NerveOTX event or campaign.
Limit one (1) free T-shirt per participant.
NerveOTX reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit requests that appear incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, automated, submitted in bad faith, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.
2. Minors
Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the registration on their behalf and provide all required contact information for the parent or guardian.
For children under 13, a parent or legal guardian must submit the request directly and consent to NerveOTX’s collection and use of the information needed to fulfill the request. NerveOTX may refuse or delete requests that do not meet these requirements.
3. Availability; While Supplies Last
Free T-shirts are available while supplies last and are distributed on a first come, first served basis.
NerveOTX travels with a limited number of shirts to each event. Submission of a form does not guarantee that a shirt will be available, in your preferred size, or at all.
If shirts are no longer available at an event, NerveOTX may, at its sole discretion, offer participants the option to have a shirt shipped after the event, subject to product availability and payment of applicable shipping and handling charges through the NerveOTX website.
4. Sizes and Custom Orders
Available shirt sizes may be limited by current event inventory.
NerveOTX does not guarantee that all sizes will be available at every event. If your requested size is unavailable, NerveOTX may offer a substitute size, a later fulfillment option, or direct you to place a custom or alternate apparel order through the NerveOTX website at your own cost, including any applicable shipping charges.
5. No Cash Value; Non-Transferable
The free T-shirt offer has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other product or service unless expressly stated by NerveOTX in writing.
6. Pickup, Shipping, and Fulfillment
If pickup is offered at an event, participants are responsible for claiming the shirt during the designated event period unless otherwise stated.
If shipping is offered after an event:
- shipping and handling charges may apply,
- shipping timelines are estimates only,
- NerveOTX is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, inaccurate shipping information, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact and shipping information.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Replacements
Free promotional shirts are provided as-is and are generally not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or replacement, except where required by law or expressly approved by NerveOTX.
NerveOTX is not responsible for requests involving incorrect sizes selected by the participant, except at its sole discretion.
8. Use of Participant Information
By submitting a request, you authorize NerveOTX to collect and use the information you provide to:
- process and manage your request,
- contact you regarding shirt pickup or fulfillment,
- maintain internal records related to the promotion,
- administer related event operations.

9. Optional Marketing Consent
Receiving a free shirt is not conditioned on consenting to marketing communications.
If you choose to opt in, you agree that NerveOTX may send you promotional emails and, if separately authorized by you, text messages about products, services, events, offers, educational content, and related brand updates.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those messages. Commercial emails should include a valid postal address and a clear unsubscribe method.
If NerveOTX sends marketing text messages, consent should be collected separately and clearly. Consumers must be able to revoke consent by reasonable means, including standard reply methods such as “STOP.”
10. Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification
NerveOTX reserves the right to reject or cancel any request if it determines, in its sole discretion, that:
- multiple shirts were requested by or for the same person,
- false, misleading, or incomplete information was submitted,
- the promotion is being abused, manipulated, or exploited,
- fulfillment would violate these Terms or applicable law.
11. Changes, Suspension, or Termination
NerveOTX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including inventory limitations, operational constraints, suspected abuse, or events beyond its control.
12. Disclaimer
The free T-shirt offer is a promotional giveaway provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NerveOTX disclaims all warranties of any kind regarding availability, size availability, timing of fulfillment, or uninterrupted access to the sign-up process.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NerveOTX and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and event partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:
- participation in the promotion,
- unavailability of inventory,
- fulfillment delays,
- lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or inaccurate submissions,
- shipping issues or carrier delays,
- technical or website issues.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
